Your AI starts from zero in every conversation. You re-explain who you are, what you do and what you are working on, every time. It has no idea what you agreed on Tuesday, which customer asked for what, or what you decided six weeks ago and why.
The record is not missing. It is scattered across a notes app, an inbox, a task list and your head, in a shape nothing can read. Owners feel it as a specific kind of dread: a renewal nobody registered, a license that expired, a promise you made in a parking lot in March. You find out from a fine, or from the person you were supposed to call back.
An assistant can do the work. It cannot know your business until you write that business down somewhere it can read.

What happened, what got decided, what is still open. Tomorrow's plan is already sitting there when you open it.
Meeting notes get written, including the ones you would never have gotten around to.
Guardrails and ownership
It drafts. You send.
We write one rule into your second brain before any other: it drafts, and it never sends. On install day you test that yourself. You ask it to send something, and it hands you back a draft. Anything newly connected goes in read-only first, and every write is a button you press.
Your files live on your machine, in plain text you can open without us. We keep nothing once the work is done, and everything built is yours.
What never goes in
Seed phrases, safe combinations, backup codes and passwords stay out of it. It holds the map of where those live, never the secrets themselves.

The first call is free and always will be. Instead of slides, Alex opens his own second brain in front of you and shows you what it actually did that morning: the plan it wrote, a draft it prepared off a real email thread, and a note he said out loud in the car that is now sitting where it belongs.
Then we spend the rest of the call on you: what you run, what keeps slipping, and one concrete thing in your week that breaks. A couple of days later you get a short written note on what we would build and what it would cost to run.

Five one-on-one installs since summer 2026. Every one of them said some version of the same thing before we started: this is too complicated for me. Every one of them left running it themselves. No client names, logos or photographs appear on this page, because we have never asked for permission to use them.

What is an AI second brain?
An AI second brain is a folder of plain text files that holds everything your business knows: your clients, your decisions, your processes, your people. An AI assistant reads and writes those files directly. The files hold what you know. The assistant uses them to plan, draft and answer. It all runs on your own machine, in files you can open without any special software.
This looks too complicated for me. Is it?
Every person who has gone through this one-on-one said it looked too complicated for them before we started, and every one of them left running it themselves. We do not hand you documentation, because nobody reads it. You watch it work, then you do it, with someone in the room to unstick you.
Will I have to enter years of notes before it is useful?
No. You never have to type in years of notes. We point it at the folder of documents you already have, the one sitting in your Drive right now, and tell it to read all of it and organize it. You are not starting from zero. You are starting from wherever your existing mess is.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Notion?
An AI second brain is different from ChatGPT or Notion because it joins both halves: a durable record the assistant can read, plus an assistant with permission to write to it, act on it and keep it current. A chatbot forgets between sessions. A wiki remembers but cannot act. Notion holds knowledge for people to read. A second brain holds it in plain text files an assistant can read and update itself.
I already use ChatGPT or Gemini. Do I have to switch?
No. Your second brain is plain text files in a folder you own, so you point whichever assistant you use at the same folder. Two of these builds run on ChatGPT rather than Claude. If a different tool fits how you work better, we switch, and we rebuild nothing.
What does it cost?
The build is a scoped fixed fee, sized to what you need and quoted after the free session, so you will know the number before you commit to anything. Running it afterwards costs about as much as a phone plan, and none of the tools in it are ours.
I don't have time to learn another system.
We do the building, so the only session you sit in is the walkthrough. After that your side of it is a voice note on your phone and a plan you read in the morning. If a system needs an hour of study a week to keep working, we built it wrong.
